Assistant Foreman

Summary
The Assistant Foreman is to assist the Production Foreman including but not limited to: Oversee all facets of operations including production, supervision, cost control, and operational problems. Assist in work schedules, evaluate and supervise improvements in remedial well work and completions.

Job Description – Assistant Foreman
I. Review on major accountabilities
    a. Supervises lease operations in relief of Production Foreman;Recommends enhancement of production operations. Must be familiar with wide variety of production applications.
    b. Supervises at the direction of the Foreman, on-site field operations of the Company’s operated properties, including 1) daily production and 2) operation and maintenance of      production facilities.
    c. Identify opportunities for improvement in production, in cost efficiencies and/or in problem areas (i.e. lift optimization, electrical problems, chemical usage, etc.) and act on it     within the designated Assistant Foreman limitations of authority.
    d. Maintain compliance, in conjunction with and through close coordination with the Foreman and EHS Department for all regulatory, environmental and safety issues. Maintain a close     working relationship with Production Engineers and other technical personnel to optimize and/or recommend enhancements to the respective areas of operations.
    e. Review, process and approve (Limitations of authority) invoices in area of responsibility assigned by Management.
    f. Possess basic computer skills and assist where needed in preparation of computer generated reports and correspondence as required.
        i. Scout – basic knowledge to track Production, LOE, LLI (BPF goals) – Identify Transaction Details for improper invoice charges and assure appropriate corrections are made.
        ii. Assist Foreman that all (Welltest, Well Status, Water Injection, TOW entry, Timesheets, Vehicle Expense Reports, etc) are accurate and on time.
    g. Possess strong leadership, supervisory, and teaching abilities.
    h. Strives to ensure all production quotas are met with minimal cost in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience: 3 to 5 years related experience.
