Specific Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support daily cash management activities while also overseeing the administration of the company’s corporate credit card program. This role plays a key part in optimizing liquidity, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and maintaining strong internal controls over card usage and treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Treasury & Cash Management
- Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity across accounts
- Prepare short-term cash forecasts and assist with long-term cash planning
- Initiate and manage wire transfers, ACH payments, and bank transactions
- Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and support account management activities
- Assist in debt management, investments, and treasury reporting
Corporate Credit Card Program Management
- Administer the corporate credit card program, including issuing, canceling, and maintaining cards
- Monitor card activity to ensure compliance with company policies and detect potential misuse
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding card-related inquiries
- Partner with card provider to resolve disputes, fraud issues, and billing discrepancies
- Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and controls related to card usage
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Skills
- Familiarity with internal controls and SOX compliance
- Experience with expense management tools (e.g., Concur)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting
- Experience managing corporate credit card programs is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP/TMS experience a plus)
- Knowledge of banking platforms and payment processes (ACH, wires, etc.)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
