Specific Responsibilities


Purpose/Job Summary:
•    Broad Land knowledge to understand, review, research, analyze and verify land records and related documentation ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity.  Comprehensive understanding in all areas of electronic/physical documents, records, and metadata management, including identification, creation, use, retrieval, access, quality control assurance and retention.   Oversee/comprehend machine learning and artificial intelligence application working closely with internal/external teams to ensure appropriate support/quality assurance provided throughout project lifecycles. 


Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Understand system integrations and identify system discrepancies, including by not limited to Apache Land Document Management System, Quorum, ThoughtTrace, and GIS enabling inter-departmental system updates. 
•    Coordinate with Land, Land Data Management, and other functional teams regarding data analytic needs
•    Analyze and evaluate land records/documents to ensure accuracy, integrity, and quality standards 
•    Ensure proper record/document interpretation for classification/cross-referencing, and storing within Document Management System
•    Understand land document workflow including interpretation, capture, processing, distribution, and search/retrieval
•    Collaborate with Land, Land Data Management and GIS to resolve any land record/document issues
•    Develop, analyze, and monitor record/document audits, reports, and statistics, and act on inconsistencies
•    Obtain subject matter expertise utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence application
•    Extract, validate, verify and quality check digitized land record for ThoughtTrace project input
•    Provide analytic support for data integrity and validation of data extractions that utilizes ThoughtTrace Unified Platform
•    Query, extract, and review land documents for divestitures 

Qualifications & Experience


•    Bachelor’s degree and/or eight years of industry related experience


•    Extensive Land document knowledge
•    Excellent analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills
•    Self-directed – ability to work independently and in a team environment
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills 
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimum/no supervision 
•    Exceptional attention to detail
•    Strong customer service and a desire to achieve results
•    Must possess a sense of urgency and willingness to go above and beyond 
•    Aptitude for technology – eagerness to explore/question data   
•    Basic computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 
•    Quorum experience a plus, but not required
•    Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Application experience a plus, but not required
