Specific Responsibilities

Track well and well ownership activities
-
Administer required system information in order to tie wells to measurement points to gathering pipelines

Gas well imbalance monitoring and reporting
-
Manage Apache and WIO’s marketing elections for operated and non-operated wells
-
Manage the monthly well capacity forecasting process
-
Model the flow of production, in the marketing system, from the measurement point to the first economic decision point
-
Maintain master file information, related to market group assignments and contract to MP ties in the Accounting system

Provide monthly flow orders to field pumpers, in order to meet contractual volume commitments

Gas balancing administration
-
Calculate monthly gas available for sale volumes, for internal and external consumption

Provide gas balancing agreement expertise/feedback to landmen
-
Respond to owner inquiries involving imbalances, allocations, marketing elections, etc.

Manage the tools and processes around the receipt of monthly processing statements, including the extraction of settlement data, loading into the marketing system, reconciliation of the settlement data, and the distribution of extracted settlement data to various internal consumers

Model processing contracts (elections, recoveries, pricing terms, fees, processing facilities, NGL sales) and volume movements in the marketing system

Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing or other Business field preferred.
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, management, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Experience implementing sound decisions when faced with multi-faceted problems.
